Here’s Where in the World Bluey Will Be in 2025

So, you were a childless adult who got Bluey-pilled. Yes, somehow the endearing import series from Australia’s Ludo Studio about a family of Heeler dogs going on whimsical feel-good adventures has provided hours of some of television’s best made entertainment in this era of constant streaming releases. It’s so good, it’s rightfully become global obsession. So many (including myself) might have even been given very aspirational views on parenthood or caught wind of a slight Aussie accent on child in your life. Because Bluey has become such a household name at this point, thanks in part to its BBC and Disney distribution, everyone is wondering where Bluey is going after three stellar seasons.

Currently, things with season 4 feel very up in the air–there’s been no official update for more of the show itself, but instead the announcement we received at the end of 2024 that there will be a Bluey movie coming in 2027, with series creator Joe Brumm departing the world of the Heeler family after its release. Where does that leave Bluey in 2025? Here’s what’s going on this year so far, as we await a new season announcement or surprise drop like last year’s 28 minute episode “The Sign”. At least there’s Bluey Lego’s on the way too.

Bluey’s World Brisbane

Bluey’s official mini-theme park is now open in Brisbane Australia. The immersive world of Bluey comes to life with set recreations of the house and various landmarks in the show, including the Hammerbarn Hardware store. Meet Bluey at Disney Experiences

Bluey and Bingo are taking trips to various Disney experiences around the world. You’ll be able to meet the Heeler girls at the Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World in Florida starting this year. Our money is that they’ll pop up in some sort of Australian activation at World’s showcase at Epcot in Walt Disney World. As for Disneyland? It would make the most sense to maybe have a Bluey takeover at the former Muppets 3D theater at California Adventure, with a meet and greet near the exit to stagger the demand.

Here’s what Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences said in the release about the news: “Bluey has become a household name for families around the world and we are thrilled to bring her story to life in new ways. We can’t wait to watch our youngest guests and their families make memories with Bluey in our parks and on our cruises.”

But before they make landfall, at first the girls will set sail on special Disney Cruises starting January 2025, on select trips originating from Australia and New Zealand. On the special voyages, fans will be able to participate in “interactive and clue-filled game that ends in a dance party” as they sleuth around the ships with Bluey and Bingo. One of the first immersive experiences Ludo Studio did in collaboration with was CAMP stores. The stateside family exploration space and toy store recreated Bluey’s family home in stunning detail with the show’s team–it’s incredible and not to be missed. And of course, there’s still the show itself to rewatch while we wait for more news about the film (and whatever future remains for the TV series beyond it). Full episodes of Bluey’s three seasons are available to watch on Disney+ in the US, while several minisodes created to fill the gap in releases are viewable online.
